Background: Ischemia with non-obstructive coronary arteries (INOCA) represents a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge, often related to coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD). Identifying non-invasive electrocardiographic markers that predict ischemia in this population remains a clinical priority. P-wave peak time (PWPT), reflecting atrial conduction delay, has been linked to ischemic pathophysiology.

Objective: Exercise is widely advocated for osteoarthritis (OA) treatment; however, its effectiveness across disease stages, particularly in advanced OA, remains inconclusive. This study assessed the impact of treadmill exercise at distinct OA stages to determine optimal intervention timing.
Methods: Following validation of a moderate treadmill protocol, 96 male C57BL/6J mice underwent destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM) surgery on the right knee and sham surgery on the left.

Central post-stroke pain (CPSP) is an intractable neuropathic pain syndrome. Dual-target deep brain stimulation (DBS), which integrates sensory thalamic modulation and endogenous analgesic pathways, has emerged as a potential intervention; however, clinical evidence remains scarce. We report a 54-year-old woman who developed right-sided limb paresthesia progressing to persistent right hemibody pain following a left thalamic hemorrhage.

Background: Catheter ablations are increasingly performed with zero or minimal fluoroscopy, enabled by ultrasound imaging and electro-anatomical mapping. Pulsed field ablation (PFA) using Farawave has been dependent on fluoroscopic assessment of catheter conformation and contact. We aimed to demonstrate the feasibility of a PFA workflow for pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) and extrapulmonary ablation.
