Objectives: To compare the effects of different adjuvant treatments for different pathological types of early-stage cervical cancer post-surgery.

Materials And Methods: Patients with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stages I-II squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), adenocarcinoma (ADC), and adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC) who underwent hysterectomy and postoperative radiotherapy (RT) from 2004 to 2015 in the surveillance, epidemiology, and end results program database were analyzed. The clinicopathological characteristics and survival rates were compared.

To explore the clinical manifestations of IgG4-related diseases(IgG4-RD) complicated with moderately differentiated adenosquamous carcinoma of the parotid gland, the diagnostic criteria for IgG4-related diseases and parotid malignant tumors, treatment regimens, and the application of fine-needle aspiration in disease diagnosis, so as to reduce clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the case data of a patient with IgG4-related diseases(IgG4-RD) complicated with moderately differentiated adenosquamous carcinoma of the parotid gland admitted to our department in March 2024. The clinical characteristics, imaging findings, preoperative puncture results, and postoperative pathological features were analyzed, and relevant literatures on both diseases were reviewed and summarized.

Background: Currently, whether Gastric adenosquamous carcinoma (GASC) can benefit from perioperative chemoradiotherapy (pCRT) remains controversial. The objective of this study was to evaluate the survival benefit of pCRT in resectable GASC.

Methods: Patients diagnosed with GASC were selected from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Program and our medical center.

Pulmonary adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC) is a rare and aggressive subtype of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with poorly defined molecular characteristics and therapeutic strategies. We present a 63-year-old male patient with stage IVa (cT4N3M1b) lung ASC. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) revealed co-occurring mutations in KRAS G12C, BRAF (non-V600E), PIK3CA, and FLT1.

Esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) and squamous cell carcinoma are the two main tumor types of the esophagus, each with distinct morphological and molecular features. While mixed adeno-squamous carcinomas are recognized, it remains unclear whether a basal-like subtype-known from breast and pancreatic adenocarcinomas-also exists in EAC. This study analyzed tumor samples from 953 patients with operable EAC for expression of the basal cytokeratins CK5 and CK6.
