Purpose Of Review: Symptom relief is now recognized as the primary remit of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with stable coronary artery disease. The relationship between the nature of angina symptoms and the likelihood of successful symptom relief from PCI had not been systematically studied until recently.
Recent Findings: The ORBITA-2 symptom-stratified analysis found that while the severity and nature of symptoms were poorly associated with the severity of coronary disease, the nature of the symptoms powerfully predicted the efficacy of PCI in relieving angina.

Background: Opioid use disorder (OUD) is commonly treated in specialized care settings with long-acting opioid agonists, also known as opioid agonist therapy, or OAT. Despite the rise in opioid use globally and evidence for a 50% reduction in mortality when OAT is employed, the proportion of people with OUD receiving OAT remains small. One initiative to improve the access and uptake of OAT could be to offer OAT in a primary care setting; primary care clinics are more numerous, might reduce the visibility and potential stigma of receiving treatment for OUD, and may facilitate the care of other medical conditions that are unrelated to OUD.

Objective To determine real-world clinical outcomes (including vision, anatomy and durability) of intravitreal faricimab (IVF) in year two (up to mean follow-up of 75 ± 15 weeks, range: 52-103 weeks) of treating diabetic macular oedema (DMO). Secondary objectives included assessing changes in diabetic retinopathy (DR) severity, the incidence of epiretinal proliferation (ERP)/epiretinal membrane (ERM), and safety. Methodology This is a single-centre retrospective observational study.
