Introduction: Several aquaporins (AQPs) are involved in the influx of water to form follicular fluid, and AQP2 may play a crucial role in follicular growth. However, the specific roles of Aquaporin (AQP) 2 and AQP6 in granulosa cells (GCs) during follicular fluid (FF) formation, as well as their relationship with gonadotropins (Gn), remain unclear.
Methods: Luteinized granulosa cells (LGCs) were isolated from follicles of different diameters.
Objectives: This study aimed to compare the efficacy of different interventions for myopia control in children, including 0.01% atropine (AP), orthokeratology (Ortho-k), and repeated low-level red-light therapy (RLRL), and their combinations by conducting a network meta-analysis.
Methods: We searched for randomised controlled trials (RCTs) in PubMed, Web of Science and Embase.

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of intraocularly applied epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibody panitumumab on axial elongation.
Methods: This is a preclinical, safety, and efficacy experimental study. Guinea pigs aged 2-3 weeks were fitted with bilateral plano lenses (Group I; n = 10) or underwent bilateral lens-induced myopization (LIM) (Group II; n = 10) with no intravitreal injections.
Background: Whether cyst size affects ovarian reserve before and after surgery remains controversial.
Objective: The objective of this study is to determine whether cyst size causes differences in pre- and post-ovarian reserve impairment among patients with endometrioma.
Search Strategy: PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure were searched from inception to October 13, 2023.
Purpose: To determine the impact of polycystic ovary syndrome on in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer outcomes while analyzing the influencing factors.
Patients And Methods: A retrospective cohort study comprised 4839 patients who underwent their first cycle of IVF/ICSI treatment from January 2016 to December 2021. Cumulative pregnancy rates, cumulative live birth rates, and late miscarriage rates compared between the PCOS group and control group.
Purpose: This study assessed the difference in singleton live birth rate (SLBR) between preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) and non-PGT in patients undergoing elective single frozen blastocyst transfer (eSFBT).
Methods: This retrospective cohort study evaluated 10,701 cycles of eSFBT, including PGT-A (n = 3125) and non-PGT (n = 7576). Cycles were further stratified according to age at retrieval.
Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disease among women, but its etiology remains unknown. In recent years, many circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been confirmed to be related to the development of PCOS. The role and mechanism of circRNA in the development of PCOS need to be further explored.

However, a method for rapidly integrating multiple gene-size sequences into different sites has not been developed yet. Here, we describe a method and plasmid system that makes it possible to simultaneously insert genes into multiple specific loci of the genome without the need for chromosomal markers.
