This study investigated the physiological regulatory mechanisms by which exogenous trehalose intake enhances the adaptation of the global stored-grain pest to high-concentration carbon dioxide (CO) stress. By supplementing exogenous trehalose under high-CO controlled atmosphere stress, we measured the activities of key detoxification enzymes (e.g.

Here, this study provides a comprehensive overview of lenacapavir, with a particular focus on its long-acting properties, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, clinical efficacy and safety, and resistance profile. Clinical trials have demonstrated that long-acting lenacapavir is highly effective not only for treating HIV-1 infection but also as a pre-exposure prophylactic agent.

Cytochrome P450 monooxygenase (CYP), an important detoxifying enzyme in insects, is involved in the metabolism and degradation of both exogenous compounds and endogenous substances. To investigate the involvement of the T. castaneum TcCYP4C1 gene in detoxification metabolism under high CO and the protective role of trehalose against hypoxic stress in insects.

Objective: The discussion of risk factors of affecting the long-term patency ratio of stent planted in arteriosclerosis subclavian artery.
Methods: To analyse the correlation between preprocedural white blood cell count, antiplatelet agents therapy, residual stenosis in the stent, the preprocedural lesion degree of subclavian artery, serum lipid, blood sugar, blood press et al, and long-term patency of stent by Logistic regression. To explore the significant difference in preprocedural white blood cell count (WBC), antiplatelet agents therapy, residual stenosis, the preprocedural lesion degree of subclavian artery, serum lipid, blood sugar, blood press and so on between non-patency group (15 patients) and patency group (139 patients).

Objective: The aim of trial is to observe the Chinese bleeding frequency and frequency of recurrent VTE in different international normalized ratio (INR) range of warfarin for venous thromboembolism (VTE) including deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), and to search optimal INR range.
Methods: We conducted a randomized, double-blind cohort trial, in which 180 patients were assigned to apply warfarin in a target INR of 1.50 to 1.

Objective: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and coronary artery disease or stroke in Chinese. At the same time, investigate the prevalence of symptoms, include cold, numb, pain, intermittent claudication and ulcer, then investigate the relationship between abnormal ABI and them.
Methods: Hospitalized patients in department of cardiology, neurology and vascular were enrolled from March 2006 to December 2007 consecutively.
