Liquid is the most flexible state of condensed matter and shows promise as a functional soft material. However, these same characteristics make it challenging to achieve efficient room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) from metal-free organic molecular liquids. Herein, we report efficient RTP from liquefied thienyl diketones bearing one or two dimethyloctylsilyl (DMOS) substituents.

Objective: The jawbone contains a large number of unnamed epithelial rests that are remnants of the tooth-forming process. One of these uniquely extends naturally along neurovascular bundles, and was originally described at least 100 years ago as "epithelial nests in the bone nerve canal." As this concept has been forgotten in the years since then, any association of epithelial rests with the nerve has remained diagnostically enigmatic.

OSP accounts for about 3-6% of all sinonasal papillomas (SPs), and clinically is often confused with inverted sinonasal papilloma (incidence 73%). Although SP shares some of the clinical characteristics of OSP, the pathogenesis differs and it is very important to distinguish between them.

Although delayed foreign body granuloma may occur as a rare adverse reaction after the procedure, detailed histological reports are still limited. When occurring on the buccal mucosa of the oral cavity, the histopathology may resemble some lesions of minor salivary gland origin due to the material properties of HA.

X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) confirm that and are in the Rh(I,II) mixed-valence state. Analyses of the metrical oxidation state (MOS) of dioxolene ligands reveal that in and , the electron density corresponding to one electron per tetramer is transferred from Rh(I) ions to semiquinonato ligands, and the transferred charge is delocalized throughout the four dioxolene ligands.

However, their potential in effective sales strategies has not been fully realized due to their low social presence. This study aims to clarify what kind of robot behavior enhances the social presence of service robots and how it affects human-robot interaction and purchasing behavior.

Notably, 199 valid responses were obtained from 12 hospitals. The most common expectation from pharmacists in the emergency room was "drug management" (70.

Background: Practically every facet of the most common odontogenic tumor, odontoma, has been covered by an extensive volume of literature. However, uncertainty about its precise history has persisted.
Materials And Methods: The historical evolution of odontoma was traced with reference to the original illustrations that accompanied European and American reports published at the beginning of the 19th century and also at the turn of the century.
The eponymous history of Warthin tumor (WT) is a fascinating issue in the field of salivary gland pathology. The late decades of the nineteenth century and the turn of the century saw notable German and French contributions on WT. Especially, the seminal 1910 paper of Albrecht and Arzt of Vienna is the foundation for the current knowledge of WT.

Schizophyllan, a triple helical polysaccharide, exhibits cooperative order-disorder transition (CODT) in aqueous solutions. The transition transforms the ordered structure (triple helix I) formed between the branched side chains and solvent molecules into the disordered structure (triple helix II) without dissociation of the triple helix. The CODT behaviors in HO-imidazole mixtures containing HCl with different molar ratios of imidazole/HCl were investigated by adiabatic calorimetry and differential scanning calorimetry on two schizophyllan solutions with different molar masses.

All the Cu complex crystals share a one-dimensional O-H⋯O hydrogen-bonding chain substructure, although the mutual alignment of fluorinated benzoate (FBA) ligands exhibits subtle differences among the various compounds, , FBA ligands align in an antiparallel fashion in crystals 1 and 3, while 3-FBA ligands in crystal 2 are interdigitated with a tilt along the axis. Reversible phase transitions were found upon heating at 170.

The low-energy motion was attributed to reorientational motions of the NO molecules, in which only a small number (n ∼ 0.04) of NO molecules were found to participate.
