P65-Driven MIR4435-2HG Enhances Prognostic Value and Mediates Oxaliplatin Resistance via the miR-378G/ABCB9 Axis in Colorectal Cancer.

Long non-coding RNA MIR4435-2HG has emerged as a pivotal oncogenic factor across various cancers. However, its role in chemoresistance, particularly in colorectal cancer (CRC), remains unclear. This work demonstrates that MIR4435-2HG is significantly overexpressed in CRC tissues, correlating with poor prognosis and resistance to oxaliplatin (L-OHP) based chemotherapy.

Morphological Variation and Spatial Distribution Patterns of (Losinsk.) Grubov in the Tibetan Antelope Breeding Grounds of the Western Kunlun Mountains.

The study aims to analyze morphological variations and spatial distribution patterns of (Losinsk.) Grubov communities across 12 sampling areas at different elevations in the Tibetan antelope breeding grounds of the western Kunlun Mountains. Additionally, it projected the future climatically suitabie habitats of under climate change scenarios, aiming to elucidate its community characteristics, spatial distribution dynamics, and the impacts of global warming on its growth.

Objective: Research on the expression of PD-L1 (clone SP263) in prostate cancer (PC) is rare. This study aims to investigate PD-L1 (SP263) expression and its clinicopathological correlations in PC.

Methods: A total of 265 PC samples at our center from 2021 to 2024 were included in this study.

Transcranial focused ultrasound (tFUS) is increasingly used in experimental neuroscience due to its neuromodulatory effectiveness in animal studies. However, achieving multitarget tFUS in small animals is typically limited by transducer size, energy transfer efficiency, and brain volume. The objective of this work was to construct an ultrasound system for multitarget neuromodulation in small animals.
