The construction of composite blue-green ecological network is the key for network nodes to play multiple functions, which is of great significance for enhancing regional ecological functions and landscape quality. Based on the complex network theory, we proposed a framework for building a composite blue-green ecological network. From the perspectives of structural composite and functional composite, we integrated the ecological green network targeting bird and mammal species with the blue network composed of natural and semi-natural water ecological networks to construct a composite blue-green ecological network in Wuhan City, and quantitatively evaluated the resilience of the composite blue-green ecological network.

Photocatalysis is considered to be an effective way to remove organic pollutants, but the key to photocatalysis is finding a high-efficiency and stable photocatalyst. 2D materials-based heterojunction has aroused widespread concerns in photocatalysis because of its merits in more active sites, adjustable band gaps and shorter charge transfer distance. Among various 2D heterojunction systems, 2D/2D heterojunction with a face-to-face contact interface is regarded as a highly promising photocatalyst.

Objective: To transfer the gene encoding mammalian aFGF to rabbit corneal endothelial cell and determine transfection efficiency and the effect of Ad-aFGF on proliferation of RCEC.
Methods: Replication-defective adenovirus was used to deliver the LacZ reporter gene to RCEC to determine transfection efficiency by X-gal staining. A cDNA encoding mammalian aFGF was cloned into an adenoviral vector that was used to transfect RCEC.
