Diagnostic value of CD20 combined with CD138 positive expression in patients with chronic endometritis.

Background: This study aims to evaluate the diagnostic value of CD138 and CD20 immunohistochemical staining in chronic endometritis (CE).

Methods: A total of 131 patients with reproductive needs, treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University between August 2020 and July 2021, were enrolled. Patients were divided into a CD138-positive group (n=91) and a CD138-negative group (n=40).

[Papillary carcinoma in a thyroglossal duct remnant: a case report].

This case report has described a case of papillary carcinoma of thyroglossal duct in a young male. This patient was admitted with a mass in the anterior neck for 2 years. Preoperative Bultrasonography, CT and MR showed a subcutaneous cystic mass with irregular calcification shadow in the central region of the neck without obvious enhancement.

Determination of a prediction model for therapeutic response and prognosis based on chemokine signaling-related genes in stage I-III lung squamous cell carcinoma.

The chemokine signaling pathway plays an essential role in the development, progression, and immune surveillance of lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC). Our study aimed to systematically analyze chemokine signaling-related genes (CSRGs) in LUSC patients with stage I-III disease and develop a prediction model to predict the prognosis and therapeutic response. A total of 610 LUSC patients with stage I-III disease from three independent cohorts were included in our study.

Effect of doxofylline on pulmonary inflammatory response and oxidative stress during mechanical ventilation in rats with COPD.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of doxofylline on inflammatory responses and oxidative stress during mechanical ventilation in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Methods: Eight-week-old male Sprague Dawley rats were selected, and the COPD rat model was constructed. The rats were randomly divided into a model group (group M), a model + normal saline group (group N), a doxofylline group (group D), and a control group fed with conventional chow and given normal oxygen supply (group C) (n = 12 in each group).
