Epidermal growth factor receptor kinase domain duplication (EGFR-KDD) is a rare form of EGFR mutation. Unlike the classical mutations such as exon 19 deletion and exon 21 p.L858R point mutation, EGFR-KDD is a special type of large genomic rearrangement (LGR) that results in the duplication of the tyrosine kinase domain at the protein level, leading to the formation of an intramolecular dimer and activation of the EGFR signaling pathway.

The application of -diboryl cyclopropanes as versatile building blocks for enhancing molecular complexity has been limited, despite the availability of a few synthetic methods. Herein, we disclose a practical and versatile manganese-catalyzed protocol that enables the synthesis of -di(boryl)cyclopropanes from non-activated alkenes in combination with (diborylmethyl)iodides. This photoinduced strategy displays good functional-group tolerance, and encompasses a wide range of applicable substrates, making it applicable to the late-stage modification of natural products.

(1) Background: Previous studies have identified discrepancies in improvements in executive functioning in typically developing children when comparing closed- and open-skill exercise interventions. However, there is limited research on executive functioning in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This study aims to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to explore the impact of closed- and open-skill exercises on ADHD populations.
