Although health care access among adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) improved in the past decade, persistent challenges still exist in obtaining care coordination and supportive services. As the life expectancy of individuals living with IDD increases and care succession occurs from family's community care to institutional care, the risk of maltreatment among adults with IDD is growing. Health conditions, for example, cognitive impairment pose a risk of maltreatment in adults with IDD.

A method that uses a fluorescence turn-on probe and a portable fluorescence spectrometer device are crucial for highly sensitive, simple, rapid, and inexpensive cysteine detection. Methods: The KFSD DM intake (DMI) model was developed using a database containing the data from the Journal of Dairy Science from 2006 to 2011 (1,065 observations 287 studies). The development (458 observations from 103 studies) and evaluation databases (168 observations from 74 studies) were constructed from the database.
Though overall death from opioid overdose are increasing in the United States, the death rate in some states and population groups is stabilizing or even decreasing. Several states have enacted a Naloxone Accessibility Laws to increase naloxone availability as an opioid antidote. The extent to which these laws permit layperson distribution and possession varies.
