Objective: Schatzker and AO/OTA classification are commonly used to classify tibial plateau fractures, but they are defined using plain radiographs and may not capture fully the complexity of these fractures. CT scan offers better visualization of occult fractures, joint depression and overall fracture morphology, but its impact on these classifications in term of interobserver variation is unclear. Sucrase deficiency has been implicated in chronic abdominal pain. Testing for sucrase deficiency generally involves invasive procedures or lengthy clinical visits, but now noninvasive kits that allow home testing are available to test for sucrase deficiency. In order to assess feasibility and utility of at-home testing, we reviewed our experience in 75 consecutive patients.
