Lung cancer (LC) is one of the leading causes of cancer related deaths worldwide and early recognition is critical for enhancing patient outcomes. However, existing LC detection techniques face challenges such as high computational demands, complex data integration, scalability limitations, and difficulties in achieving rigorous clinical validation. This research proposes an Enhanced Hyper Tuning Deep Learning (EHTDL) model utilizing bioinspired algorithms to overcome these limitations and improve accuracy and efficiency of LC detection and classification.

From a perspective focused on phyto-nutraceuticals, alkaloids are considered to be the most significant metabolites, as they exhibit a broad range of pharmacological applications. Therefore, it is essential, to conduct a thorough investigation of the extraction techniques employed and to optimize the overall process. Considering this, we delved into tailor-made natural deep eutectic solvents coupled with ultrasonic-assisted extraction and macroporous resins aided recovery of therapeutics alkaloids from Thalictrum foliolosum DC.

Cyanidin-3-O-galactoside (Cy3-gal) is the most widespread anthocyanin that has been found to be applicable to nutraceutical and pharmaceutical ingredients. Nevertheless, the process of separation and purification, susceptibilities to heat, and pH inactivation present some limitations. In the present study, natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES) with an ultrasonic-assisted extraction method were briefly studied, and the recovery of Cy3-gal from Rhododendron arboreum was highlighted.

It is vital to keep an eye on changes in climatic extremes because they set the stage for current and potential future climate, which usually have a reasonable adverse impact on ecosystems and society. The present study examines the variability and trends in precipitation and temperature across seasons in the Kinnaur district, offering valuable insights into the complex dynamics of the Himalayan climate. Using Climatic Research Unit gridded Time Series (CRU TS) datasets from 1951 to 2021, the study analyzes the data to produce 28 climate indices based on India Meteorological Department (IMD) convention indices and Expert Team on Climate Change Detection and Indices (ETCCDI).

Copper and Mercury ions have vital role to play in biological world as their excess or deficiency can cause different type of diseases in human being as well as biological species including plants and animals. Therefore, their detection at trace level becomes very important in term of biological. The current studies embody the fabrication, structural characterization and recognition behavior of a novel rhodamine B hydrazone formed when hydrazide of rhodamine B was condensed with 5-Allyl-3-methoxy salicylaldehyde (RBMA).

Mahonia jaunsarensis Ahrendt (Family Berberidaceae) an endemic species was successfully propagated in vitro. An efficient propagation protocol has been developed first time. The callus cultures were established from leaf explants on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D; 1 µM) and resulted 70% callus induction with green compact callus.

Aim Our study aimed to evaluate the early neurodevelopmental outcomes of very low birthweight (VLBW) neonates with culture-proven sepsis compared with VLBW neonates without sepsis. Materials and methods Our study included 80 VLBW neonates with blood culture-proven sepsis and 80 VLBW neonates without sepsis. For each neonate with sepsis, a control neonate of matching gender and gestational age was selected.

Replacing platinum (Pt) metal-based electrocatalysts used in the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in fuel cells is an important research topic due to the high cost and scarcity of Pt, which have restricted the commercialization of these clean-energy technologies. The ABO-type perovskite family of an ACuTiO (A = Ca, Y, Bi, and La) polycrystalline material can serve as an alternative electrocatalyst for the ORR in terms of low-cost, activity, and stability. These perovskite materials may be considered the next generation electro-catalyst for the ORR because of their photocatalytic activity and physical and chemical properties capable of containing a wide range of A- and B-site metals.
