Objective: To evaluate the performance of non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) in vanishing-twin and multiple pregnancies.
Methods: This study was conducted as part of the TRIDENT-2 study, in which NIPT was offered as a first-tier screening test to women with a multiple pregnancy or vanishing-twin pregnancy between 1 June 2020 and 31 March 2023 in The Netherlands. Abnormal NIPT results were investigated by follow-up invasive prenatal testing and/or postnatal genetic testing.
Objective: Patient-reported side-effect questionnaires contribute to balanced decisions regarding treatment strategy among patients with mental health disorders. However, current side-effect questionnaires are less suitable for older adults because they often lack age-specific side effects. Therefore, the Scale for Subjective Somatic and Cognitive Complaints of Psychotropic Medication Adult-Aged-Spectrum (SCOPA) was developed to quantify psychotropic side effects across the full adult age spectrum.

A healthy gut microbiome contributes to metabolic health and immune function through production of metabolites like short-chain fatty acids. Prebiotic fibers positively influence microbiota by promoting the production of beneficial metabolites.

This proof-of-concept nested intervention study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of a digital personalised combined lifestyle intervention (CLI) in patients with PCC using a mixed-methods design, assessing compliance, experiences and perceived effectiveness.
Methods: A nested intervention study, incorporating motivational interviewing aiming to enhance physical activity and dietary quality, was conducted within a multicentre prospective cohort study including 95 post-Covid-19 patients (aged 40-60) between May 2021 and September 2022.
Background: Four months after SARS-CoV-2 infection, 22%-50% of COVID-19 patients still experience complaints. Long COVID is a heterogeneous disease and finding subtypes could aid in optimising and developing treatment for the individual patient.
Methods: Data were collected from 95 patients in the P4O2 COVID-19 cohort at 3-6 months after infection.
