Primary research to detect duplicate question pairs within community-based question answering systems is based on datasets made of English questions only. This research put forward a solution to the problem of duplicate question detection by matching semantically identical questions in transliterated bilingual data. Deep learning has been implemented to analyze informal languages like Hinglish which is a bilingual mix of Hindi and English on Community Question Answering (CQA) platforms to identify duplicacy in questions.

Lack of appropriate tools for visualizing cell membrane molecules at the nanoscale in a non-invasive and label-free fashion limits our understanding of many vital cellular processes. Here, we use tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) to visualize the molecular distribution in pancreatic cancer cell (BxPC-3) membranes in ambient conditions without labelling, with a spatial resolution down to ca. 2.

However, few studies investigated the concomitant spinal pathologies that were present in patients with SEL. Therefore, we aimed to summarize the clinical and radiological characteristics of patients with SEL diagnosed on spinal imaging.

Spinal metastasis is the most common malignant disease of the spine. Recently, major advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence technology have led to their increased use in oncological imaging. The purpose of this study is to review and summarise the present evidence for artificial intelligence applications in the detection, classification and management of spinal metastasis, along with their potential integration into clinical practice.

Staphylococcus aureus is a significant contributor to infections worldwide and is a major pathogen in ocular infections (keratitis). S.

These include blood, fat, soluble proteins, colloidal particles, suspended materials, meat particles, and intestinal undigested food that consists of higher concentrations of organics such as biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), nitrogen and phosphorus hence an efficient treatment is required before discharging into the water bodies. The effluent concentrations and performance of simultaneous sequential batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) with recycled plastic carrier media support are better than the local single-stage sequential batch reactor (SBR), which is lacking in the literature in terms of COD, NH, NO, and PO treatment efficiency.

Initial microscopic analysis indicated the strain to be a member of the genus Cylindrospermum, however, the 16S rRNA gene phylogenetic analysis showed some interesting results. The strain URH-6-PS clustered in the Clade I, which positioned itself outside the Cylindrospermum sensu stricto clade with strong probability/bootstrap support, indicating that the strain may not belong to the genus Cylindrospermum.

We use two distinct empirical approaches in our analysis: (a) an event study around the date of the lockdowns (March to July 2020), and (b) a difference-in-differences analysis comparing the lockdown period in 2020 to the same months in 2021, in order to attempt to control for seasonality. In both countries, market activity was severely disrupted and we observe declines in expenditures.

However, their performance in complex water matrices is rarely investigated, and the combined roles of natural organic matter (NOM) and ionic composition in the removal of Hg(II) by biochar remain unclear. Here, we investigate the influence of NOM and major ions such as chloride (Cl), nitrate (NO), calcium (Ca), and sodium (Na) on Hg(II) removal by a wood-based biochar (SWP700).

Era GTPase is universally present in microbes including (Mtb) complex bacteria. While Era is known to regulate ribosomal assembly in and predicted to be essential for growth, its function in mycobacteria remains obscured. Herein, we show that Era ortholog in the attenuated Mtb H37Ra strain, MRA_2388 (annotated as Era) is a cell envelope localized protein harbouring critical GTP-binding domains, which interacts with several envelope proteins of Mtb.

The main focus of this research is to enhance the use of eco-friendly materials these days. The current materials used in building construction are chemical-based and are harmful to humans and the environment. This research work has developed a new type of hybrid brick by using natural fibres and waste materials.

Knowledge of how arsenic (As) partitions among various phases in Fe-rich sulfidic environments is critical for understanding the fate and mobility of As in such environments. We studied the reaction of arsenite and arsenate sorbed on ferrihydrite nanoparticle surfaces with dissolved sulfide at varying S/Fe ratios (0.1-2.

A total of 106 beverages were conveniently purchased from supermarkets in Karachi, Pakistan. Prior to evaluation, beverages were refrigerated or stored at room temperature in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations.

Objective: To analyze the CSF flow dynamics qualitatively and quantitatively using PC-MRI across the aqueduct of Sylvius in diagnosed patients of tuberculous meningitis.
Methods: Thirty patients, clinically diagnosed with tuberculous meningitis and mean age of 24 years (range: 12-60 years) were taken up to study the changes in CSF flow dynamics using PC-MRI with retrospective cardiac gating.
Natural fibre reinforcement is used in important sectors such as medical, aerospace, automobile, and many other fields. Many articles have reported that natural fibre has the potential to replace synthetic fibres. Natural fibre reinforcement has given good results as a brake friction material.

Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression (MSCC) is a debilitating complication in oncology patients. This narrative review discusses the strengths and limitations of various imaging modalities in diagnosing MSCC, the role of imaging in stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for MSCC treatment, and recent advances in deep learning (DL) tools for MSCC diagnosis. PubMed and Google Scholar databases were searched using targeted keywords.

Deep learning (DL) models for automatic MESCC classification on staging CT were developed to aid earlier diagnosis. Methods: This retrospective study included 444 CT staging studies from 185 patients with suspected MESCC who underwent MRI spine studies within 60 days of the CT studies.

The indiscriminate use of antibiotics in the animal health sector contributes to increasing rates of AMR and studies involving dairy farmers in India have found knowledge levels regarding antibiotics and AMR to be very low. The purpose of this study was to assess different methods to raise awareness and knowledge about AMR and antibiotic use among dairy farmers, paravets (veterinary assistants), and veterinarians.
