A chemiluminescence (CL) method for determination of glutathione (GSH) was developed with magnetic nanoparticle-decorated metal organic frameworks (FeO NPs@Cu-TATB). The composite material was synthesized via a hydrothermal method and glutathione (GSH) can be detected by both visual and chemiluminescence (CL) methods. The synthesized FeO NPs@Cu-TATB exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the luminol-HO CL system.

In this study, we developed an ERS-related genes (ERSRGs) model to aid in the prognostic evaluation and treatment of CRC patients.
Methods: The training set and validation set data were extracted from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), respectively.
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) participate in the formation of multiple diseases, including gastric cancer (GC), through modulating specific targets. Here, we explored the functions and regulatory mechanisms of miR-205-5p in GC. MiR-205-5p levels were detected in GC cells through qRT-PCR.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA synthetic approach to stable enols was introduced and series of acyclic aliphatic solid enols were obtained and characterized. Relationship between the structure and the stability of these enols was discussed. Gaussian 09 calculations had been carried out to rationalize the stability of the enols.
