Mistimed feeding can interfere with the circadian rhythms of both humans and animals, resulting in disorders of lipid metabolism, obesity, and metabolic syndrome. Low-temperature environment stimulates increased appetite and decreased physical activity, resulting in higher energy intake than consumption and thus facilitating fat deposition and even obesity.

Objective: To investigate the frequency distribution features of innate-like lymphocytes (iNKT cells, γΔT cells and B1 cells) in peripheral blood of normal adults.
Methods: The flow cytometry with 6 fluorescence staining was used to detect the percentages of iNKT lymphocytes, γΔT lymphocytes, B1 lymphocytes and adaptive T lymphocyte, B2 lymphocytes in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 50 normal adults. The difference and correlation between these lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by statistical software.

To control the species origin of industrial crude heparin, molecular biology methods relying on species-specific protein or DNA analysis should be developed to identify the ruminant components that might be contaminants in industrial crude porcine heparin (ICPH). Because heparin contained in ICPH is a strong PCR inhibitory substance, it is necessary to explore DNA extraction methods specific for ICPH and develop analysis methods that could monitor the presence of PCR inhibitory substances.
