Coagulation factor family genes play a pivotal role in tumor progression and immune modulation, but their relationship with tumor microenvironment and immunotherapy response in gastric cancer remains unclear. This study utilized single-cell and The Cancer Genome Atlas datasets to investigate the clinical and immune relevance of coagulation factor family genes in gastric cancer. Based on coagulation factor family genes, a risk score was constructed.

Development and evaluation of height diameter at breast models for native Chinese Metasequoia.

Accurate tree height and diameter at breast height (dbh) are important input variables for growth and yield models. A total of 5503 Chinese Metasequoia trees were used in this study. We studied 53 fitted models, of which 7 were linear models and 46 were non-linear models.
