Objective: To describe the health care use of patients with symptomatic knee or hip OA and to identify factors associated with health care use trajectories over a 10-year period.
Methods: This study used longitudinal data from the multicentre "Knee-and-Hip-OsteoArthritis-Long-term-Assessment" cohort, which comprised 878 patients with OA diagnoses confirmed by both a physician and radiographic evidence. We identified homogeneous subgroups of trajectories based on individual health care consumption over time via latent class growth analysis.

Objective: To describe whether rheumatoid arthritis (RA) flares detected by the self-administered Flare Assessment in Rheumatoid Arthritis (FLARE-RA) questionnaire can predict joint structural damage progression at 2 years and to explore the association between the FLARE-RA score and RA outcome measures.
Methods: Adults with RA for less than 10 years and Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability Index (HAQ-DI) score <1 were included in this prospective observational study. Patients were followed clinically every 6 months and completed the FLARE-RA questionnaire every 3 months at home, for 24 months.

Background: Pneumococcal vaccination is recommended for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Because immunosuppressant therapies for rheumatoid arthritis hinder vaccine efficacy, vaccination should be administered before initiating immunosuppressive drugs. We aimed to compare humoral responses in patients with rheumatoid arthritis receiving the pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine (PCV13) before methotrexate initiation or simultaneously.

Methods: Eligible patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), or psoriatic arthritis (PsA) were recruited and received intravenous CT-P13 induction and/or maintenance therapy.

Objective: This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the association between weather and joint symptoms in patients with hand osteoarthritis (HOA).
Design: We used baseline data from the DIGICOD cohort, a monocentric cohort of patients with HOA, and meteorological measurements (temperature, humidity, barometric pressure) in the Paris region during the 72 h before inclusion in the cohort. Clinical outcomes were AUSCAN subscores (pain, stiffness, function), spontaneous and pressure tender joint count (TJC), visual analog scale (VAS) score for hand pain during activity and at rest, and the Functional Index for Hand Osteoarthritis score.
BackgroundChronic low back pain (CLBP) is a major burden. The Pain and Disability Drivers Management (PDDM) model is a framework developed to analyse factors contributing to disability and pain in CLBP patients.ObjectiveThe primary objective was to explore the prognostic value of the PDDM model using real-life data.

Methods: We performed a descriptive observational study based on data from CRAT, the French Teratology Information Service. We included prospective and retrospective pregnancies exposed to anakinra and/or canakinumab with known outcomes.
Background: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and spondyloarthritis (SpA) are at an increased risk for infection related to the use of immunomodulatory therapies (ITs). The objective of this study is to assess the impact of ITs on the adaptive immune responses to SARS-CoV-2.
Methods: The study population comprised 94 patients (48 SpA; 46 RA; mean age of 53±14 years) with a confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is characterised by arthritis onset before the age of 16, persisting for at least 6weeks without a known cause. Symptoms include joint swelling, inflammatory pain (worse at night and in the morning), or also back, heel, or buttock pain. Timely diagnosis and referral to a paediatric rheumatologist are crucial to reduce errors, invasive procedures, and long-term complications.

Introduction: Biological disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) have a central role in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Tumour necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFis) are commonly used as first-line agents, while non-TNFis (tocilizumab, abatacept and rituximab) have shown to be non-inferior to TNFis in head-to-head trials. In case of TNFi inadequate response, using other mechanisms of action provides a better response than using an alternate TNFi.

We conducted a systematic review of the incidence, prevalence, mortality and response to treatment of inflammatory joint disease (IJD)-related AAA.
Methods: MEDLINE, EMBASE and Cochrane library databases were searched until October 2024.
Objective: To determine distinct patterns of patients with autoimmune diseases harbouring anti-Ku antibodies and their respective prognosis.
Methods: Anti-Ku-positive patients were retrieved through four immunology departments. Clusters were derived from unsupervised multiple correspondence analysis, not including the disease's diagnosis, followed by hierarchical clustering.
Objectives: Inflammatory lung disease in Still's disease (SD) has recently been described. Among its manifestations, pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a rare and life-threatening event, with only a few case reports published. The objective was to report the largest adult cohort of PAH occurring in the context of SD.

TCZ reduced GC dose and disease activity at week 24. This study aimed to assess relapse rates after stopping TCZ treatment in patients achieving remission at week 24.

Current biomarkers, such as C-reactive protein (CRP) and serum Amyloid A (SAA), are not disease-specific and cannot reflect disease severity. Interleukin-18 (IL-18), a pro-inflammatory cytokine of the IL-1 superfamily, has been recently studied as, biomarker for AIDs; This study aims to evaluate total serum IL-18 levels in a large cohort of AID patients from the adult French national reference center for AID.

Among ANA, anti-centromere protein-F (CENP-F) antibodies have garnered interest due to their association with malignancies. This study aims to characterize the clinical and biological profiles of a large cohort of anti-CENP-F positive patients and evaluate associated diagnoses.

Background: The role of metabolic syndrome (MetS) in osteoarthritis (OA) pain, particularly in non-weight-bearing joints like the hand (HOA), remains debated. This study assessed whether MetS is linked to increased hand pain in patients with HOA.
Methods: Using the DIGICOD cohort, 352 HOA patients (85 % women, mean age 66.
Introduction: Patients with chronic low back pain face functional, psychological, social and professional difficulties. Multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs (MRP) can be an effective treatment to help these patients to improve their condition and return to work.
Objective: To determine baseline predictors for return to work after an MRP for patients with chronic low back pain struggling to maintain their job.
Objectives: The specificity of US for enthesitis in PsA is unclear. The objective was to analyse the specificity of US enthesitis in Mode B and using power Doppler for the diagnosis of PsA through a systematic review with meta-analysis.
Methods: Systematic review in PubMed 2010 to June 2023 of studies of adult patients with confirmed PsA with or without a control group of non-PsA patients, reporting information on US enthesitis.

Introduction: We aim to assess the association of patient-reported pain and remission or low disease activity (LDA) at 3 months (M) in patients receiving baricitinib or other treatments in RA-BE-REAL.
Methods: RA-BE-REAL reports on patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who were prescribed, for the first time, baricitinib (cohort A) or a tumour necrosis factor inhibitor (TNFi) (cohort B-TNFi) or any other mode of action (OMA) (cohort B-OMA). Pain was measured using the visual analogue scale (VAS) (0-100 mm) and clinically meaningful pain improvement thresholds of ≥ 30%, ≥ 50% and ≥ 70% from baseline to 3, 6, 12 and 24 M.
Objectives: The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effectiveness of short message service (SMS) and/or email reminders in improving influenza vaccination coverage rates among RA patients treated with anti-TNF therapies, and to identify factors associated with vaccination.
Methods: This study was a nested randomized controlled trial in the ART e-cohort, an ongoing French nationwide multicentre prospective cohort of RA patients treated with anti-TNF therapy. Patients were 1:1 randomized, with stratification on age.
