Objective: To compare the efficacy of different settings in continuous-wave transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (CW-TSCPC).

Design: Prospective, randomized, triple-blind clinical trial in a single tertiary center.

Participants: Adult glaucoma patients who need continuous wave-transscleral cyclophotocoagulation to control intraocular pressure (IOP) or prevent or treat ocular pain/discomfort secondary to increased IOP.

Purpose: Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) is an emerging imaging modality with an expanding role in glaucoma diagnosis and management. We present a series of two cases of iatrogenic cyclodialysis cleft and their conservative management being directly informed by non-invasive AS-OCT monitoring.

Observations: Retrospective case series.

Purpose: To determine the need to measure intraocular pressure one hour after laser peripheral iridotomy in patients with narrow angles, to determine the significance of the immediate IOP spike after LPI, and to assess risk factors associated with these.

Methods: A review of the literature on IOP measurements after LPI was conducted using the PubMed databases in January 2020.

Results: The proportion of treated eyes with an IOP spike one hour after treatment was between 6 and 9.

Introduction: Selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) is an effective and safe procedure to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in the management of open-angle glaucoma. The post-laser inflammatory reaction could be positively implicated in SLT efficacy and the relevance of postoperative use of topical anti-inflammatory remains controversial. The goal of this study is to determine the effect of various anti-inflammatory treatments on intraocular pressure and on side effects following SLT.

Purpose: To describe the population at risk of having a severe bleb leak needing a surgical repair in the operating room and to study risk factors associated with severe bleb leak.

Patients And Methods: In this case-control study, 17 cases were enrolled and paired with 51 controls. We studied all patients having a surgical revision in our center for a severe bleb leak between January 1 and December 31, 2008.
