Aims: Psychological resilience refers to an individual's capacity to adapt to adverse events. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play a crucial role in regulating post-transcriptional processes, while small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) act as transport vehicles. This study aimed to employ genome-wide profiling to identify and validate differences in the expression of resilience-associated sEV-miRNAs between low resilience (LR) and high resilience (HR) in young adults.

With the persistence of difficult employment, a large number of college students feel anxious and nervous about job hunting. College students with different family economic status have various feelings and performances when faced with employment, possibly due to subjective social class differences. The present study investigated the employment confidence of 611 undergraduates in Chongqing, aimed to ascertain the overall employment confidence of Chinese college students, and tried to analyze how subjective social class works on the employment confidence of college students and its influencing mechanism.

Deciphering cellular heterogeneity: Breakthroughs and prospects of single-cell-level SERS analysis in precision medicine.

Single-cell surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has emerged as a powerful tool for precision medicine owing to its label-free detection, ultrasensitivity, and unique molecular fingerprinting. Unlike conventional bulk analysis, it enables detailed characterization of cellular heterogeneity, with particular promise in circulating tumor cell (CTC) identification, tumor microenvironment (TME) metabolic profiling, subcellular imaging, and drug sensitivity assessment. Coupled with microfluidic droplet systems, SERS supports high-throughput single-cell analysis and multiparametric screening, while integration with complementary modalities such as fluorescence microscopy and mass spectrometry enhances temporal and spatial resolution for monitoring live cells.

Cell adhesion molecule ITGB2 promotes CAR-T cell therapy in B-cell malignancies.

CAR-T cell therapy, as a representative technology in cancer immunotherapy, has demonstrated notable success in the treatment of hematologic malignancies; however, a significant proportion of patients fail to achieve sustained remission. Through the analysis of bone marrow sequencing data prior to CD19 CAR-T cell therapy, we identified cellular adhesion as a pivotal factor influencing clinical outcomes. We developed a model to predict B-ALL treatment efficacy based on the core genes associated with cellular adhesion, which was validated in our clinical cohort.
