Objective: To explore the polymorphism of interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) with susceptibility to esophageal cancer (EC), as well as the interaction between the environmental risk factors and the polymorphism of IFN-gamma or IL- 10. Methods: According to the case-control design, 120 EC cases and 122 controls were examined.
