Clinically, even in patients diagnosed with non-obstructive azoospermia, spermatogenesis may be present in some seminiferous tubules, which gives the patient hope of having biological offspring of his own. However, there is still a blank for high-precision detection technologies to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. In this work, we successfully developed a minimally invasive fine needle detection memristive device that features a structure composed of Ag/CH-MnO/FTO by utilizes the organic-inorganic heterojunction as functional layer. The as-prepared memristor exhibits remarkable resistance switching (RS) performance, which serves as solid evidence of its efficacy in detecting sperm within the seminiferous tubules. Further, the RS characteristics of the memristor can be effectively modulated by adjusting the bias voltage amplitude, emulating the sensing dynamics of artificial neural synapses. By theoretical analyses, it is suggested that the RS mechanism involves synergistic effects of ion migration, Ohmic conduction, Fowler-Nordheim tunneling, and space-charge-limited current transport. Finally, a painless integrated detection device with micro needles was designed, which not only lays the foundation for novel reproductive health monitoring technologies, but also opens new avenues for bioelectronic integration in clinical diagnostics. Therefore, these findings highlight the potential of memristive systems to bridge neuromorphic engineering with precision medicine.
