Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effects of repeated exposure to sevoflurane as an anesthetic agent during various developmental stages, namely neonatal, preadolescent, and adult, on behavioral, synaptic, and neuronal plasticity in male and female Wistar rats.
Methods: Rats were exposed to sevoflurane during three developmental stages: neonatal (PN7), pre-adolescence (PN28), and adulthood (PN90). Behavioral performance was evaluated with the Morris Water Maze.

Purpose: Pelvic ring fractures involving the iliopubic rami can cause functional impairment. Percutaneous retrograde fixation is a less invasive procedure when compared to traditional open approaches, however precise anatomical knowledge is crucial for safe screw placement. This study aims to describe the morphology of the iliopubic rami, define a safety corridor for percutaneous screw fixation, specially focusing on the relationships between the iliopubic rami and neurovascular structures.

Methods: We included 949 CU older adults from the A4 preclinical AD trial, and its companion LEARN cohort. Baseline plasma GFAP was measured, and longitudinal associations with cognitive decline, clinical dementia rating (CDR) progression, and imaging biomarkers were assessed over 240 weeks.
