In pig production, weaning is a critical period where piglets face several environmental stressors. This transition leads to a significant growth reduction and can result in digestive disorders, including diarrhea. To formulate a feed that meets zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) requirements during the weaning period while minimizing their release into the environment, it became evident that a more bioavailable micro-mineral supplement is necessary.

Introduction: TNM staging systems create prognostic categories by anatomic extent of disease. Whether therapeutically important molecular alterations in NSCLC augment the prognostic information of TNM staging is unclear. To study this, we analyzed molecular data from the ninth edition of the lung cancer staging system.

Go/no-go successive matching (GNG-matching) tasks are one of several procedures used to establish conditional discriminations. This study presents a systematic review aimed at comparing procedures and outcomes of empirical studies using GNG-matching tasks for the emergence of symmetry, transitive, and global equivalence relations in humans and non-humans. A total of 22 articles were analyzed-nine with nonhumans and thirteen with humans.

Brexpiprazole is a second-generation antipsychotic with multiple indications, including the treatment of schizophrenia. As a partial dopamine agonist, brexpiprazole differs from most other antipsychotics, yet uncertainties about its full mechanism of action have led to some ambiguity among prescribers. To address this gap, an international panel of psychiatric experts was organized and convened with funding from Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Ltd and H.

Point-of-Care (PoC) diagnostics are transforming healthcare by enabling rapid and accessible disease detection right at the patient's bedside. This comprehensive review examines recent advances in nucleic acid (NA)-based PoC testing, revealing how these technologies are revolutionizing molecular diagnostics. Here, we critically analyze the three key components of NA-based PoC development: (i) probe design strategies, (ii) immobilization techniques, and (iii) detection methodologies.
