Background: HIV remains a global challenge, with stigma, financial constraints, and psychosocial barriers preventing people living with HIV from accessing health care services, driving them to seek information and support on social media. Despite the growing role of digital platforms in health communication, existing research often narrowly focuses on specific HIV-related topics rather than offering a broader landscape of thematic patterns. In addition, much of the existing research lacks large-scale analysis and predominantly predates COVID-19 and the platform's transition to X (formerly known as Twitter), limiting our understanding of the comprehensive, dynamic, and postpandemic HIV-related discourse.

Background: In allocating resources, healthcare system leaders must balance multiple competing priorities. To gain insight into how geriatrics champions can effectively "move the needle" in advocating for geriatrics services, we asked healthcare system leaders about their process of priority-setting, their views on geriatrics in general and services for rural older adults in particular, and about recommended communication strategies for geriatrics champions.
Methods: We conducted interviews with 11 former leaders in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), who represented all four major census regions in the United States and had over 250 years of VHA leadership experience combined.

Epstein Barr virus (EBV) was discovered 60 years ago as the first candidate human tumor virus. Since then, we have realized that this human γ-herpesvirus establishes persistent infection in the majority of adult humans but fortunately causes EBV associated diseases only in a few individuals. This is an incredible success story of the human immune system, which controls EBV infection and its transforming capacity for decades after initial virus encounter.

This is because of Instagram's algorithm, which typically only shows static posts to 10% of an account's followers. Given the importance of social media in cosmetic surgery practices, a detailed analysis of trends is useful in guiding plastic surgeon marketing regimes.
