Article Abstract

The blue-green light micro light-emitting diode (Micro-LED) based on Augmented Reality Heads-up Display (AR-HUD) requirements is designed using COMSOL software, and the photo-thermal properties of Micro-LED are coupled with multi-physical fields. By designing the addition of graphene film combined with heat sink for heat dissipation, the thermal management scheme of Micro-LED is further optimized, and the effect of graphene film thickness on the heat dissipation performance is investigated to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and reduce the effect of high junction temperature on the performance and reliability of the device. The main factors affecting the performance of a thin graphene emitter are the source power input and the source-emitter contact area ratio, where the thermal performance changes more obviously with increasing power input and decreasing area ratio. In addition, due to the thermal effect and the optical system, the role of solar radiation will depend on the solar energy density to calculate the reverse solar scattering effect on the Micro-LED module. Research has shown that when the sun's rays are directed into the Micro-LED, its surface radiation will increase dramatically, which can provide the corresponding basis for solving the problem of sunlight backflow.

A strategy for targeting tumor-associated hypoxia utilizes reductase enzyme-mediated cleavage to convert biologically inert prodrugs to their corresponding biologically active parent therapeutic agents selectively in areas of pronounced hypoxia.
