Leadership programs establish relevance and garner public trust in higher education by demonstrating their usefulness to communities and society across sectors. In this article, the General Principles were leveraged as a tool to make sense of a pedagogy of practice applied to coursework and programs over the course of programmatic growth. This article will explore how the principles were applied to build practice orientations to knowledge. Learning as a practical application brings knowledge into the field and requires practical application through understanding and attendance to cultural capital. As collectives navigate the social hierarchies and realities of connecting knowledge, a core practice of how humans make sense of knowing by doing, the General Principles are a tool.

While hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) hosts promising room-temperature quantum emitters for hybrid quantum photonic circuits, scalable deterministic integration and insufficient brightness alongside low photon collection and coupling efficiencies remain unresolved challenges. We present a femtosecond laser nanoengineering platform that enables the site-specific generation of hBN single-photon source (SPS) arrays. First-principles density functional theory (DFT) calculations and polarization-resolved spectroscopy confirm the atomic origin of emission as interfacial defects at hBN/SiO heterojunctions.

Automated vehicles (AVs) have the potential to enhance transportation for all, but current research suggests that women remain less engaged and more hesitant toward their adoption. This scoping review systematically analyses 34 peer-reviewed studies published between 2016 and 2025 to assess how women's experiences, needs, and concerns are represented in AV research. Using thematic analysis, we identify key facilitators and barriers to AV adoption and map them onto a Socio-Ecological Model spanning five levels: individual, interpersonal, institutional, community, and policy.

International research projects, such as Horizon 2020 (H2020) and ERASMUS+, generate numerous scientific and educational outcomes. However, these are often disseminated in fragmented formats, limiting long-term access and impact. Language barriers further complicate the dissemination in professional communities that do not speak English.

To address the increasingly limited water availability, using metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) to capture atmospheric water vapor as usable resources has emerged as a promising strategy. The adsorption characteristics of MOFs as well as their step pressure (i.e.

Statistical Parametric Mapping (SPM) is a statistical framework and open source software package for neuroimaging data analysis. Originally created by Karl Friston in the early 1990s, it has been used by a vast number of scientific studies over the last three decades. SPM has not only revolutionized the analysis of neuroimaging data but also catalyzed the development of cognitive neuroscience.
