A formal synthesis of product with tetrahydroflurenone structure as selective estrogen receptor modulator has been realized. The Rh-catalyzed [3 + 2 + 1] reaction of yne-vinylcyclopropanes and CO (20 mmol scale, in 87% yield) for building the 6/5/5 skeleton, and a Heck coupling reaction constructing the [3.2.1] framework, are the two key reactions in this 11-step synthesis.

Herein, we have developed a Brønsted acid catalyzed 1,5-migration of functional groups from indole-tethered ynamides to prepare a variety of 2-acyltryptamines in good to excellent yields with high site-selectivity at the C2-position of indoles. Mechanistic studies revealed that the reaction underwent an intramolecular cyclization, 1,2-migration of the vinyl group, and C-N bond cleavage by hydrolysis in a one pot. The reaction features broad substrate scope, good functional group compatibility, 1,5-migration of functional groups, C-N bond cleavage to form C-C bond, and diverse 2-acyltryptamine scaffolds.

Background: Despite growing rates of common mental health disorders among country members of the Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN), there continue to be treatment gaps in these countries.
Aim: To systematically identify and synthesise barriers and facilitators to accessing formal psychological help for common mental health disorders in the existing literature.
Methods: APA PsycINFO, Web of Science, Scopus, and the Indonesian Portal Garuda were searched for studies reporting barriers or facilitators to individuals' engaging in formal psychological help-seeking for common mental health disorders in country members of ASEAN.

Electrochemical dehydration reaction is a fascinating and underexplored field of research, which has started to attract significant attention in recent years. Dehydration reactions are characterized by the formal removal of water in the course of the transformation, and they are among the most fundamental types of reactions found throughout chemistry. Examples are esterification reactions, amidation reactions, and the synthesis of carbon-heteroatom multiple bonds.

Purpose: This systematic review provides a critical evaluation, synthesis of the existing literature on isotretinoin's effects on craniomaxillofacial bone.
Methods: Following the PRISMA guidelines and registered in PROSPERO, the review was conducted in August 2024 across various databases. Eligible in vivo studies were analysed for their assessment of isotretinoin's effects on craniomaxillofacial bone.

While PGPB have historically been applied in agriculture, their formal recognition in the last century has driven intensive research into their role as sustainable tools for improving crop yield and stress tolerance. As they are primarily sourced from wild or native environments, the widespread enthusiasm has led to heightened expectations surrounding their potential, often based on the assumption that biological solutions are inherently safer and more effective than synthetic inputs. However, despite their popularity, increasing reports of inconsistent or limited performance under real-world, field conditions have raised critical questions about their credibility as biofertilizers and biocontrol agents.
