Human society is organized around individual actors. When making behavioral choices, individuals engage in rational deductions based on their environment and select the 'most appropriate' actions. This paper introduces a social relations network information system that enables behavior nodes and their environments to observe behaviors and assign scores accordingly. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) during the process of network formation, nodes exhibit a tendency toward pro-social cooperative behavior; (2) nodes exhibit different behavioral patterns during different processes of network formation; and (3) ordinary nodes that do not actively participate in interactions also contribute to the transmission of social network information, demonstrating that every social individual serves as a node for information dissemination.

Typically, people perform actions in a valenced-positive or negative-way, depending on their attitudes or desires. These forms of action are named vitality forms (VFs). While it is well established that action goals are mediated by a parieto-frontal network, less is known about the processing of VFs.

Introduction: This study investigates four subdomains of executive functioning-initiation, cognitive inhibition, mental shifting, and working memory-using task-based functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data and graph analysis.
Methods: We used healthy adults' functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data to construct brain connectomes and network graphs for each task and analyzed global and node-level graph metrics.
Results: The bilateral precuneus and right medial prefrontal cortex emerged as pivotal hubs and influencers, emphasizing their crucial regulatory role in all four subdomains of executive function.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in humans, accounting for about 30-40% of NHL cases worldwide. Canine diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (cDLBCL) is the most common lymphoma subtype in dogs and demonstrates an aggressive biologic behaviour. For tissue biopsies, current confirmatory diagnostic approaches for enlarged lymph nodes rely on expert histopathological assessment, which is time-consuming and requires specialist expertise.

Mast cell tumors (MCTs) are the most common skin neoplasms in dogs and exhibit highly variable biological behavior. Metastasis primarily affects the lymph nodes, though less frequently, MCTs can infiltrate the spleen, liver, peripheral blood, and bone marrow. Flow cytometry of fine needle aspirate samples represents a non-invasive diagnostic procedure that has shown promise for detecting and quantifying mast cells in primary tumors and lymph nodes.

Aim: This study examined the network structure of the competency cluster of humanistic literacy among clinical nurses in China, identifying key and bridging competencies within the network cluster.
Background: With the increasing demand for high-quality healthcare services and the growing complexity of nurse-patient relationships, the humanistic competence of clinical nurses has received increasing attention. However, compared with the international level and professionalism, the humanistic literacy and education of nursing staff in Chinese medical institutions still has significant room for improvement.
