Confidentiality and access control are essential to protect sensitive data, prevent cyber threats, ensure compliance, and avoid risks like identity theft. Hence, a framework towards secure patient Data access using Hybrid Integrated Hashing Method is introduced to ensure patient confidentiality and efficient data access in healthcare systems. Unlike conventional solutions that rely solely on standard blockchain and secure hash algorithm 256 for data protection, this proposed method integrates a multi-layer hybrid hashing approach combining dynamic hash chaining with temporal entropy encoding, making hash collisions virtually infeasible. A selective data compression mechanism is also embedded to maintain performance while preserving cryptographic strength. Additionally, the system employs role-based decentralized access control, enforced through smart contracts, enabling real-time permission verification and immutable audit trails. A simulated blockchain environment evaluates the proposed method's resilience against ransomware, hash collision, and data manipulation attacks. By employing a standard secure hash algorithm 256 hashing without compression or access-layer optimization, experimental findings show 27% reduced storage usage and 35% quicker data retrieval than typical blockchain-based electronic health record systems. The system shows robust resistance to illegal access compared to traditional role-based access control systems.

Hemophilia, an X-linked monogenic disorder, arises from mutations in the or genes, which encode clotting factor VIII (FVIII) or clotting factor IX (FIX), respectively. As a prominent hereditary coagulation disorder, hemophilia is clinically manifested by spontaneous hemorrhagic episodes. Severe cases may progress to complications such as stroke and arthropathy, significantly compromising patients' quality of life.

This study develops an integrated X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) photoemission electron microscopy (PEEM) platform on beamline BL09U at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), enabling nanoscale characterization of complex materials through energy-resolved imaging and local-area XAS. By using the wide range of energy tunability, full access to different polarizations and PEEM's surface sensitivity, we have established a gap-monochromator control system under the EPICS framework to synchronize the elliptically polarized undulator (EPU) gap and monochromator energy dynamically, optimizing photon flux stability for absorption fine structure analysis. Combining X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) and X-ray magnetic linear dichroism (XMLD) with PEEM and local-area XAS, this platform achieves concurrent mapping of electronic structures and magnetic domains in ferromagnetic nano-patterns, as demonstrated through our studies of NiFe Permalloy using this system.

Purpose: The study aimed to assess the interconnection of quality of life (QoL) variables and identify key areas for which interventions could improve QoL among men who have sex with men (MSM) living with HIV on antiretroviral therapy (ART).
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Jinan of Shandong Province, between October to December 2020. Undirected network analyses were conducted to examine and visualize the interconnections between QoL variables among MSM living with HIV.

Purpose: The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends that men aged 55-69 years undergo shared decision-making (SDM) regarding prostate cancer (PCa) screening, and routine screening is not recommended for older men or those with limited life expectancy.

Guidelines recommend individualized glucose targets for older adults, particularly those with multimorbidity or increased hypoglycaemia risk. For individuals with frailty or cognitive impairment, relaxed HbA1c targets are often appropriate to reduce the risk of adverse events.
