Methods: This prospective non-randomized interventional study was conducted on patients with gastric cancer who received adjuvant or first-line SOX/XELOX ambulatory chemotherapy at Ordos Central Hospital, China, from June 2021 to December 2024. Patients receiving active nutrition and exercise intervention were defined as the intervention group, and those receiving conventional standard treatment were the control group.

Musculoskeletal pain (MSP), including conditions such as osteoarthritis, low back pain, tendinopathies, and soft tissue disorders, is one of the most frequent reasons for primary care (PC) office visits and a leading cause of disability worldwide. MSP imposes a sizeable socioeconomic burden due to work absenteeism, healthcare utilization, and loss of productivity. Introduction: Postoperative rehabilitation of deltoid function is crucial for optimizing outcomes after reverse shoulder arthroplasty (rTSA). Prior studies have shown that the maximal functional gains after rTSA occur 1 year after surgery.
