Material Requirements Planning is an intelligent information system and a decision maker that determines the type of raw materials, the quantity of them, and their supplying time in order to realize production schedule of products and work-in-process items in a manufacturing system. In each manufacturing system, if we split production costs into material, labor, and overhead costs, we will observe that over 60% of total production costs are related to material. Therefore, it is necessary to consider an appropriate inventory control system to manage the costs of inventory system to provide right inventory, with right quantity, at the right time, at the right price, and with appropriate quality. Lot sizing methods in previous researches do not provide feasible and operational solutions, or have parameters such as holding costs and set up costs that are not identified in financial accounts. To solve this research gap, in this paper, we presented a new lot sizing method considering two important parameters including batch size of the items and the minimum order quantity that a supplier provides for the items. Simultaneously, we designed a new production scheduling algorithm in Master Production Schedule component for a manufacturing system with k production lines and m products with n Bill of Materials for each product. At the end, we programmed our new mentioned contributions and developed Material Requirements Planning module of a Supply Chain Management system.

Purpose Of Review: This review aims to characterize the known cardiovascular (CV) manifestations associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and the underlying mechanisms driving these associations.
Recent Findings: Gut dysbiosis, a hallmark of patients with IBD, can result in both local and systemic inflammation, thereby potentially increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in the IBD population. Micronutrient deficiencies, anemia, and sarcopenia independently increase the risk of CVD and are frequent comorbidities of patients with IBD.

Background And Objectives: Older adults living with dementia are a heterogeneous group, which can make studying optimal medication management challenging. Unsupervised machine learning is a group of computing methods that rely on unlabeled data-that is, where the algorithm itself is discovering patterns without the need for researchers to label the data with a known outcome. These methods may help us to better understand complex prescribing patterns in this population.

Guidelines recommend individualized glucose targets for older adults, particularly those with multimorbidity or increased hypoglycaemia risk. For individuals with frailty or cognitive impairment, relaxed HbA1c targets are often appropriate to reduce the risk of adverse events.

Background: The chaperoning system, which is responsible for protein homeostasis, plays a significant role in cardiovascular diseases. Among molecular chaperones or heat shock proteins (HSPs), the HSP40 family, the main co-chaperone of HSP70, remains largely underexplored, especially in ischemic heart disease (IHD) risk.
Materials And Results: We genotyped 834 IHD patients and 1,328 healthy controls for three SNPs (rs2034598 and rs7189628 DNAJA2 and rs4926222 DNAJB1) using probe-based real-time PCR.

To overcome the potential issue of active site blockage by surfactants in colloidal synthesis, alternative synthetic approaches must be explored. In this study, we investigated both solvent-free and colloidal thermolysis routes to synthesize nickel sulfides (NiS and NiS) using sulfur-based Ni complexes, [Ni(SCO(CH))] (Ni-Xan) and [Ni(SCN(CH))] (Ni-DTC) as precursors. The solvent-free decomposition of these complexes produced ligand-free NiS and NiS in the absence or presence of triphenylphosphine (TPP), respectively.
