Article Abstract
To examine psychological responses to the COVID-19 pandemic, we conducted two large experience sampling (ESM) studies (Study 1: = 327 and = 29,512, Study 2: = 2,272 and = 64,810). Each study subsumed two 14-day ESM waves that took place before and during (Study 1) or during and after (Study 2) the first nationwide COVID-19 lockdown in Germany. We describe the assessed variables on the trait (e.g., personality) and state (e.g., momentary emotions) level. All data sets and codebooks are shared on osf.io/6kzx3/. The EMOTIONS data are open to collaboration and inclusion in reviews/meta-analyses.

Introduction: Anxiety, depression, and insomnia are common among older patients with tuberculosis (TB), yet their associations with inflammatory responses and drug-induced liver injury (DILI) remain insufficiently explored. This study aimed to identify distinct inflammation-DILI phenotypes in older TB patients and examine differences in anxiety, depression, and insomnia across subgroups.
Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 251 older TB patients were evaluated.

Pharyngeal myoclonus is a rare movement disorder characterized by rhythmic pharyngeal contractions, typically reported in adults with neurological lesions and rarely in children. We report a seven-year-old girl who experienced involuntary clicking sounds localized to the right ear. Nasopharyngoscopy revealed pharyngeal myoclonus without structural abnormalities, and brain and laryngeal MRI were unremarkable.
