Article Abstract

This study proposes a force-driven recognition strategy that anchors conformationally constrained short loops at DNA origami edges, leveraging entropy compensation to enable large-scale nanostructure assembly. Precise thermoresponsive control across distinct temperature regimes is achieved by modulating nucleobase types and ultraviolet (UV) irradiation.
