Efforts in the filing and organisation of primary data, despite being a pillar of digital transformation, appear to be less pronounced when it comes to unstructured or text-based data. This situation is contrasted by the demand for knowledge management in organisational units operating at the interface between different stakeholders, including, for instance, governmental authorities. Supporting the specific objectives of our institution, we have developed a central platform that serves as an information management system for food. By providing a flexible infrastructure for the management of text-based information, as well as an interactive and intuitive user interface for application and integration into every-day business, we have implemented a system that facilitates building of a data pool of information relevant for food and feed fraud/authenticity. While transforming the institutional information management within the NRZ-Authent, the platform allows access to the data pool by external partners at national and, potentially, European or international level.

Unlabelled: Aortic dissection is a life-threatening cardiovascular emergency, particularly Stanford type A, which typically necessitates urgent surgical intervention. Despite advances in surgical techniques and perioperative care, preoperative bleeding and coagulopathy remain significant challenges. Tranexamic acid, an antifibrinolytic agent, is widely used to minimize perioperative bleeding in cardiovascular surgeries; however, its role in the non-surgical, preoperative stabilization of aortic dissection has not been well established.

Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is a rare tumour derived from dendritic cells located in B-follicles that play a pivotal role in the adaptive immune response. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment for localized disease; however, the management of unresectable or advanced disease is less well-defined. To date, to the best of our knowledge, there is no established or preferred chemotherapeutic regimen, although a number of regimens (primarily used in lymphomas and sarcomas) have been utilized with suboptimal outcomes.

Coronary artery aneurysms (CAAs) are frequent entities that are encountered in up to 8% of patients undergoing coronary imaging. The most frequent cause of CAAs is atherosclerotic "positive remodeling" of coronary arteries, while congenital, inflammatory, and traumatic etiologies could also be seen. Aneurysms serve as foci for thrombus formation, which may occlude the aneurysmatic segment or embolize distally.
