BACKGROUND Pediatric sinonasal tumors are rare, accounting for about 4% of all pediatric head and neck neoplasms. Due to their nonspecific symptoms such as nasal obstruction, epistaxis, and facial pain, these tumors often present diagnostic challenges and lead to delays in managment. Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial to optimize clinical outcomes.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) represents a growing global health burden, underscoring the urgent need for reliable diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. Although several disease-modifying treatments have recently become available, their effects remain limited, as they primarily delay rather than halt disease progression. Thus, the early and accurate identification of individuals at elevated risk for conversion to AD dementia is crucial to maximize the effectiveness of these therapies and to facilitate timely intervention strategies.

Objective: Exercise is widely advocated for osteoarthritis (OA) treatment; however, its effectiveness across disease stages, particularly in advanced OA, remains inconclusive. This study assessed the impact of treadmill exercise at distinct OA stages to determine optimal intervention timing.
Methods: Following validation of a moderate treadmill protocol, 96 male C57BL/6J mice underwent destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM) surgery on the right knee and sham surgery on the left.

Aim: Flow disruptions (FDs) are deviations in the progression of care that compromise safety and efficiency of a specific process. Neonatal intubation is a life-saving high-risk procedure required for delivery room (DR) management of neonates with moderate to severe congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). This study evaluated FDs during DR intubation of neonates with CDH and their association with process and outcome measures.
