Article Abstract

An unreported lactone, multiplolide I () was isolated from sp. GXNU-HLC1Y2-2. Through extensive spectral analyses, the structure of was determined. The absolute configuration of multiplolide I was established X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Multiplolide I and four known compounds were evaluated for insecticidal activity against Kuwayama. The results revealed that exhibited significant insecticidal activity against Kuwayama, with a lethality value of 93.96%.
