Introduction: Our experimental study aimed to evaluate the impact of four power settings with different energy and frequency combinations on the irrigation fluid temperature using the thulium fiber laser (TFL). In addition, we aimed to identify the differences between the Ho: YAG laser and TFL by direct comparison of the same power settings.
Material And Methods: All measurements were performed with a fluid volume fixed at 10 ml and an outflow rate at 10 ml/min.

Background And Aims: Epicardial RFA is often required when ventricular tachyarrhythmias originate from epicardial or subepicardial substrates that cannot be effectively ablated endocardially. Our objective was to evaluate the impact of intrapericardial fluid accumulation on the lesion size in the myocardium and the extent of thermal damage to adjacent structures, particularly the lung.
Methods: An in silico model of epicardial RFA was developed, featuring an irrigated-tip catheter placed horizontally on the epicardium.

Growth curve modeling plays a crucial role in precision agriculture by enabling rapid analysis of plant growth dynamics. Understanding the complex mechanisms of crop growth is essential for optimizing agricultural productivity. In this study, nonlinear Logistic and Gompertz models were employed to predict biological yield and water productivity of silage maize in arid and semi-arid regions, using growing degree days (GDD) as a key predictor.

Introduction: This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluate the effects of ultrasonically activated irrigation (UAI) and laser-activated irrigation (LAI) on postoperative pain following root canal treatment (RCT).
Methods: An extensive search of the literature was performed using MEDLINE, Web of Science, Embase, and the Cochrane Library from January 2000 to March 2025. Eligible Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing UAI with LAI and reporting postoperative pain outcomes at multiple postoperative time on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) were included.

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Er,Cr: YSGG 2780 nm laser pulse duration during root canal retreatment using the laser-activated irrigation method (PIPS).
Methods: The study investigated the cleanliness of root canal walls in single-rooted premolars using PIPS. Teeth were initially instrumented, filled with bioceramic (BC) sealer and gutta-percha, and then retreated using nickel-titanium (NiTi) retreatment rotary files.
