A novel long-wavelength fluorescent chemodosimeter based on rhodamine was constructed to monitor Cu in the environment and living systems. With the addition of Cu, this chemodosimeter responded rapidly within 5 s and the fluorescence intensity increased about 100 times within 10 s. The color of chemodosimeter solution changed from colorless to pink in natural light, while there was an obviously fluorescence changed from colorless to red under a 365 nm UV lamp. The fluorescence intensity (588 nm) showed a satisfactory linear relationship (R = 0.9878) with Cu concentration (0-10 μM) with the detection limit of 7.53 nM. Biological imaging experiments of cells and soybean sprouts showed that the chemodosimeter could successfully detect Cu in living systems. In addition, the chemodosimeter could be used to monitor Cu in real water samples. All in all, this study offers a promising analytical tool for monitoring Cu in the environment and living systems.

Unlabelled: Crimes against the sexual integrity of the individual represent one of the most serious forms of violence.
Objective: To perform a retrospective epidemiological analysis with the systematization of analytical data on the performed forensic medical examinations (FMEs) of survivors of sexual abuse in order to increase the effectiveness of the system of preventive measures against such crimes.
Material And Methods: The data from the industry statistical report №42 were analyzed.
Background: People with dementia who have a fall can experience both physical and psychological effects, often leading to diminished independence. Falls impose economic costs on the healthcare system. Despite elevated fall risks in dementia populations, evidence supporting effective home-based interventions remains limited.

Purpose: Little is known about the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of single-person households. We evaluated the physical and mental health impairment associated with household arrangements.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional analysis of 2014-2023 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) data.

Background And Objectives: Older adults living with dementia are a heterogeneous group, which can make studying optimal medication management challenging. Unsupervised machine learning is a group of computing methods that rely on unlabeled data-that is, where the algorithm itself is discovering patterns without the need for researchers to label the data with a known outcome. These methods may help us to better understand complex prescribing patterns in this population.
