Importance: Multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), with or without prostate biopsy, has become the standard of care for diagnosing clinically significant prostate cancer. Resource capacity limits widespread adoption. Biparametric MRI, which omits the gadolinium contrast sequence, is a shorter and cheaper alternative offering time-saving capacity gains for health systems globally.

Purpose: Typically, cost-effectiveness analyses use societal utility weights for health states. These anticipated utility weights are derived from asking the general population to assess the impacts of hypothetical health states on their quality-of-life. This study evaluates how these weights align with real-world self-reported experienced health statuses.

Background: Although several trials have demonstrated the oncologic safety of partial-breast irradiation (PBI) compared with whole-breast irradiation (WBI), data on patient-reported outcomes are mixed. Here we compare breast satisfaction and chest well-being using the BREAST-Q questionnaire among patients undergoing PBI versus WBI.
Patients And Methods: We identified patients undergoing lumpectomy and radiation, and analyzed their BREAST-Q scores preoperatively and postoperatively at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.

Purpose: To evaluate the predictive value of the preoperative orientation and offset of angle alpha(chord alpha) and angle kappa(chord mu) for visual outcomes in patients who underwent trifocal intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.
Methods: Patient records of eyes that underwent AT LISA tri 839MP implantation were retrospectively collected and grouped according to the preoperative offset and orientations of chord alpha and chord mu. The two-dimensional location of each angle was described by the interaction of the orientation and offset.
