A 73-year-old male was admitted to our department with complaints of upper abdominal distension, accompanied by dull pain and belching for more than 10 days. Gastroscopy revealed a broad-based raised lesion, approximately 1.0 cm in diameter, on the anterior wall of the gastric body, with a central star-shaped depression, erosion, and surrounding congestion.

Rationale: This study aims to highlight the diagnostic challenges and multidisciplinary management of pelvic lipomatosis (PL), emphasizing imaging's pivotal role and the need for early intervention to mitigate long-term morbidity. With fewer than 200 reported cases, PL remains underrecognized; this case underscores its potential to mimic common gastrointestinal/urinary disorders, advocating for heightened clinical suspicion.

Patient Concerns: A 42-year-old male presented with a 2-day history of colicky abdominal pain under the xiphoid process, ac companied by nausea, vomiting, and watery stools.

Purpose: Patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) experience multiple symptoms; however, the symptom clusters they experience remain unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to identify symptom clusters in male patients with NMIBC and examine their associations with symptom experience (uncertainty and grit) and symptom cluster management (health behaviour).

Methods: This cross-sectional study analysed data collected using questionnaires administered via face-to-face interviews from 100 patients with NMIBC diagnosed after transurethral resection of bladder tumours between June and October 2024 at a tertiary hospital in a metropolitan city in South Korea.

Objective: To describe the feasibility of the Nano arthroscopy imaging system (NanoScope; Arthrex Inc) as an intraoperative tool in traditional open cystotomy for assessment of urolith removal in the canine lower urinary tract.

Animals: This was a retrospective case series of dogs that underwent open cystotomy followed by Nano arthroscopy imaging system evaluation at a single institution between August 2021 and September 2023.

Clinical Presentation: The 13 client-owned dogs that were included presented with urinary obstruction (4 of 13), bladder stones (7 of 13), hematuria and abdominal pain (1 of 13), or incidental urolithiasis (1 of 13), with age ranging from 2 to 14 years old (median, 8 years), weighing 2.

Background: Online adaptive radiotherapy (OART) can address the reduction in radiation therapy precision caused by changes such as tumor shrinkage, rectal gas filling, and bladder distension. Currently, the determination of OART triggers during the fractions of radiotherapy requires clinicians to spend considerable effort and time on-site for assessments.

Objective: To reduce the clinical workload while maintaining the precision of radiotherapy, this study aims to explore the feasibility of developing a triggered OART prediction model for postoperative prostate cancer by combining radiomics and dosimetric features using machine learning.
