Purpose: High-grade gliomas are highly aggressive brain tumors, and precise target volume delineation is crucial for effective treatment. This study aimed to evaluate the concordance and discrepancy between biological tumor volume (BTV) delineated using union of [F]FAPI-42 and [C]methionine and conventional gross tumor volume (GTV) in gliomas.
Methods: Nineteen glioma patients were retrospectively enrolled, who underwent [F]FAPI-42 and [C]methionine PET/MRI before radiation therapy.

Objectives: To evaluate the utility of fibroblast activation protein (FAP) imaging using [¹⁸F]FAPI PET/CT for assessing disease activity and monitoring treatment response in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Materials And Methods: A prospective, single-center study was conducted with 42 RA patients and 8 healthy controls. Participants underwent clinical assessment and [¹⁸F]FAPI PET/CT imaging.

Background: Fluorine 18-labeled fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (F-FAPI-04) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) has shown promise for the visualization of advanced stage lung cancer. The accuracy of F-FAPI-04 compared with that of fluorine-18 labeled-fluorodeoxyglucose (F-FDG) in detecting early lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remains unknown. Taking the surgical pathology of pulmonary nodule as the gold standard, the diagnostic performance of stage IA LUAD were compared between F-FAPI-04 PET/CT and F-FDG PET/CT, and the correlation between F-FAPI-04 uptake and pathological characteristics of stage IA LUAD.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of using F-labeled fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) PET/CT in assessing the fibrotic remodeling of the pulmonary artery (PA) and the right ventricle (RV) in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). In a rat model of monocrotaline-induced PAH, rats were euthanized at different time points for tissue analysis (fibroblast activation protein immunofluorescence and Masson's trichrome staining) after completing F-FAPI PET/CT and hemodynamic measurements. Thirty-eight PAH patients were enrolled to participate in F-FAPI PET/CT imaging, with right heart catheterization and echocardiography performed within 1 wk to assess pulmonary hemodynamics and cardiac function.
