Background: Hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) mobilization is a critical step in autologous transplantation for patients with multiple myeloma and lymphoma. While several risk factors for mobilization failure have been identified, real-world data from Latin America remain limited. This study aimed to describe mobilization outcomes and associated factors in a transplant center in Colombia.

Background: Autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) remains a standard component of frontline therapy for transplant-eligible patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). CD38 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), such as daratumumab and isatuximab, have been incorporated into induction regimens and are associated with deeper responses. However, their impact on hematopoietic stem cell mobilization is unclear, particularly in real-world practice.

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is characterized by dense stroma and myeloid-rich microenvironment that confer resistance to immunotherapies. Previous studies demonstrated that disrupting the immune-stroma CXCR4-CXCL12 axis facilitates T cell recruitment and mobility to collaborate with anti-PD1/PD-L1 therapy. We sought to test the clinical viability of this immunotherapeutic strategy.

Purpose: The biological and microenvironmental differences between benign and malignant conjunctival melanocytic lesions remain poorly understood. This study aims to characterize their microenvironment and reveal the role of chemokine signaling in lesion progression.
Methods: Bulk RNA sequencing and single-cell RNA sequencing were used to delineate the microenvironment of conjunctival melanocytic lesions and identify divergent molecular pathways.

Background: Even with the tremendous progress made in treating multiple myeloma and lymphoma, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ASCT) after high-dose chemotherapy is still an essential part of treatment. The mobilization of a sufficient number of high-quality peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) is the main factor influencing the success of ASCT. However, further research is still needed to determine the best approach for hematopoietic stem cell mobilization.
