The existing surgery timetable is very simple, not user-friendly, and has very limited information. This article outlines the creation of a surgical dynamic dashboard for users, using Microsoft Power BI. The dashboard was developed based on in-depth interviews with the surgical team members to determine their requirements. The outcome of dashboard was evaluated by 5-likert scale questionnaire to measure satisfaction of all surgical team members. All team members were very satisfied with the dashboard compared to the existing surgery timetable. In addition, with the function of auto-generated analytic reports through data criteria selection on the dashboard saved time on manually generating reports. This study supports to replace the existing surgery timetable by the user-centric and real time surgical dashboard.

Purpose: Gender bias against girls may affect health-seeking behavior and outcomes of childhood cancer. This study aimed to study the nature and extent of gender bias in health care among caregivers of childhood patients with cancer and also in community.
Methods: This cross-sectional mixed-methods study was conducted in a tertiary cancer hospital and an urban community between July 2021 and July 2023.

Background: Appendiceal adenocarcinomas and low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasms (LAMNs) are rare tumours. Much of the existing knowledge is derived from registry-based studies, particularly the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database in the USA.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study used data from the Swedish Cancer Registry, Swedish Cause of Death Registry, and the National Patient Registry to analyse demographic characteristics and outcomes of patients diagnosed with appendiceal adenocarcinoma or LAMN between 2005 and 2019.

Radiotherapy, a prevalent and effective treatment for various malignancies, often causes collateral damage to normal skin and soft tissues in the irradiated area. To address this, we developed a novel approach combining SVFG-modified adipose-derived high-activity matrix cell clusters (HAMCC) with concentrated growth factors (CGF) to enhance regeneration and repair of radiation-induced skin and soft tissue injuries. Our study included cellular assays, wound healing evaluations, and histological analyses.

Sectionally nonlinearly functionally graded (SNFG) structures with triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) are considered ideal for bone implants because they closely replicate the hierarchical, anisotropic, and porous architecture of natural bone. The smooth gradient in material distribution allows for optimal load transfer, reduced stress shielding, and enhanced bone ingrowth, while TPMS provides high mechanical strength-to-weight ratio and interconnected porosity for vascularization and tissue integration. Wherein, The SNFG structure contains sections with thickness that varies nonlinearly along their length in different patterns.

Objective: This study employs integrated network toxicology and molecular docking to investigate the molecular basis underlying 4-nonylphenol (4-NP)-mediated enhancement of breast cancer susceptibility.
Methods: We integrated data from multiple databases, including ChEMBL, STITCH, Swiss Target Prediction, GeneCards, OMIM and TTD. Core compound-disease-associated target genes were identified through Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network analysis.
