The EBMT recommends rabbit anti-thymocyte or anti-T-lymphocyte globulin (rATG/ATLG) as GVHD prophylaxis in matched sibling donor (MSD) allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT). However, discrepancies between recommendations and clinical practice were reflected in the EBMT survey. Therefore, we performed retrospective EBMT registry analysis from 2014 to 2021 to reinforce the real-world evidence context of rATG/ATLG impact on post-transplantation outcomes.

Background And Purpose: Staged Gamma Knife radiosurgery (SGKRS) delivers high-dose radiotherapy to large brain metastases (BM) in two or three fractions with a time interval of several weeks. Various systemic treatments have also demonstrated favorable intracranial responses. Therefore, the outcome of patients undergoing radiosurgery and systemic treatment for large BM is of high interest but unknown.

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the role of MRI-guided hysteroscopic one-step precise resection in diagnosing suspected myometrial invasion (MI) of endometrial cancer (EC) in patients desiring fertility preservation and to analyze the impact of suspected MI on the outcomes of fertility-preserving treatments.
Methods: A total of 169 patients with early-stage endometrial cancer who required fertility preservation were enrolled. Among them, 103 cases were ruled out for myometrial invasion by MRI (control group), while 66 cases exhibited suspected myometrial invasion.

Introduction In select tumor sites, symptom palliation and local control can be improved through delivering higher biological equivalent doses (BED) of radiotherapy. However, not all patients are suitable candidates for stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). The 30 Grays in five fractions (30/5) regimen is a conformal, hypofractionated regimen that offers a higher BED compared to conventional palliative radiotherapy.
