Introduction And Importance: Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare disorder of unknown cause which mostly affects young females and involving multi organ system with primarily involving lung.
Presentation Of Case: A 35 year's old female Ethiopian known hypertension patient from Debre Tabor, Ethiopia, Africa; presented with progressively increasing cough with blood tingled sputum of 1-2 Arabic coffee cup per day, progressively increasing exertional shortness of breath and easy fatigability seven years back. Hypertensive and desaturate to level of 88 % at atmospheric air.

Background: Lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum (LHIS) is a benign cardiac lesion characterized by excessive fat accumulation in the interatrial septum, often sparing the fossa ovalis. Although typically asymptomatic, severe cases may lead to hemodynamic compromise.
Cases Summary: We report 2 cases of exuberant symptomatic LHIS requiring surgical intervention.

Background: High-dose mediastinal radiotherapy can result in progressive valvular degeneration and secondary malignancy.
Case Summary: A 50-year-old woman with prior chest radiotherapy and stem cell transplantation for Hodgkin lymphoma presented with progressive exertional dyspnea. Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography revealed severe mitral regurgitation with mitral annular calcification and an incidental finding of a mobile 12 × 8 mm left atrial mass.

: Patients with inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST) and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) exhibit complex clinical profiles due to autonomic dysfunction. While sinus node sparing (SNS) hybrid ablation is emerging as a promising therapy, there are no established guidelines worldwide for post-procedure patient management and care is mainly based on telemonitoring. In contrast, our hybrid cardiac rehabilitation (HCR) program integrates inpatient care and home-based telerehabilitation.
