Background: South Africa faces emerging resistance to TB drugs like bedaquiline. Phenotypic drug susceptibility testing (DST), the current reference standard for bedaquiline DST, has long turnaround times. Targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS) offers a comprehensive alternative, potentially delivering faster results.

Purpose: To identify predictors of the 2-year best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) after subretinal tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) injection for massive submacular hemorrhage (SMH) complicating neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).

Study Design: A prospective, observational study.

Methods: This study included consecutive eyes with massive SMH and nAMD that underwent vitrectomy with subretinal tPA injection and follow-up for 2 years.

To evaluate long‑term outcomes of corneal patch grafting (CPG) and to determine prognostic factors for anatomical and functional success. This retrospective study included 35 eyes from 35 patients who underwent CPG between April 2016 and September 2022 at Adana City Training and Research Hospital. Collected data included age, sex, preoperative and postoperative best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), graft localization and size, anterior segment findings, graft survival, secondary surgical procedures, and rates of anatomical and functional success.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the inherent and after cyclic loading fracture strength of implant-supported cantilevered fixed prostheses fabricated from recently introduced additively manufactured (AM) and subtractively manufactured (SM) materials, considering variations in prosthesis height.

Materials And Methods: Three cylinder-shaped master files (20 mm long and 11 mm wide) with varying heights (7, 11, and 15 mm) and a titanium-base (Ti-base) abutment space were designed. These designs were used to fabricate a total of 144 specimens with two AM resins indicated for definitive use (Crowntec; AM-CT and Flexcera Smile Ultra+; AM-FS), one high-impact polymer composite (breCAM.
