Aims: Stent under-expansion is a well-known predictor of post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). This article presents a new technique to image coronary stents in 3D in the cathlab utilizing only the angiographic equipment.

Methods And Results: Thirty patients with an indication of PCI were consented and prospectively included.

Background: Lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) is a common degenerative spinal condition that limits function due to reduced space for neurovascular structures. Traditional direct open lumbar decompression (DOLD) is the standard treatment after conservative measures fail. Recently, minimally invasive options such as percutaneous image-guided lumbar decompression (PILD), interspinous spacers (ISS), and interspinous fixation devices (ISFD) have gained popularity for moderate LSS without spinal instability.

Purpose: Pathological diagnosis is important for the treatment of deep suprahyoid head and neck lesions, and tissue sampling needs to balance minimal invasiveness and accuracy. The purpose of this study was to evaluate diagnostic accuracy and factors associated with diagnostic failure of core needle biopsy (CNB) with CT-guided in deep suprahyoid head and neck lesions.

Methods: The records of 204 patients who underwent CT-guided CNB were retrospectively reviewed.

Objective: This case series aims to assess the analgesic effectiveness and safety of percutaneous chemical denervation of the articular branches on anterior hip capsule in patients with refractory hip pain secondary to avascular necrosis (AVN).

Methods: Nine patients with refractory chronic hip pain secondary to AVN underwent image-guided chemical neurolysis with 100% ethanol. Average pain scores were recorded at baseline, 1, 3 and 6 months after chemical neurolysis.

: Abdominal wall endometriosis (AWE) is a rare but debilitating condition, often occurring in surgical scars after Caesarean sections. It is characterized by cyclic pain and a palpable mass, significantly impacting patients' quality of life. Traditional treatments, including hormonal therapy and surgery, have limitations, prompting interest in minimally invasive techniques such as cryoablation.
