Article Abstract
Objective: To report on the adaptations made to the original Nominal Group Technique (NGT), allowing it to be applied to the virtual format, preserving all its key elements.
Method: An experience report on the adaptations and adjustments made to the original NGT to the virtual format using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), using digital tools that are available free of charge or are low cost and easy to use.
Results: The NGT was carried out entirely virtually and underwent adaptations in each of its four stages through the incorporation of specific digital resources. It was possible to present the most voted ideas and obtain final approval from the participants. The participants had no difficulty in using the virtual resources provided and, based on the reaction evaluation, they were satisfied with the tools provided.
Conclusion: The adapted NGT proved to be an effective method when used in a virtual setting, capable of producing a significant number of ideas and developing consensus. The adapted tool can be used by other researchers in countries with similar resources or dimensions to Brazil.

Minoritized racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender communities and populations face profound health disparities and their engagement in research remains low. In a randomized controlled trial, our community-based participatory research partnership tested the efficacy of ChiCAS, an HIV prevention intervention designed to increase pre-exposure prophylaxis use among Spanish-speaking transgender Latinas. Of 161 eligible Spanish-speaking transgender Latinas screened, we enrolled 144, achieving an 89% participation rate, and retained 94% at 6-month follow-up.

Objectives: To explore experiential education (EE) and preceptor development experts' perceptions of priorities for preceptor development aimed at supporting learner professional identity formation (PIF) and create a framework for preceptor development to inform future preceptor training programs.
Methods: This multi-component study involved: 1) conducting virtual focus groups of EE and preceptor development experts to explore perceived preceptor development needs, including content and learning outcomes, 2) utilizing a modified nominal group technique (NGT) to identify priorities for preceptor development and 3) creating a preceptor development framework for supporting learner PIF. Transcripts were analyzed to identify specific content areas of focus and practical program insights.

Objective: Despite pharmacological advances in epilepsy treatment, one-third of patients remain pharmacoresistant and may require surgery. Despite extensive literature on epilepsy surgery, studies with follow-ups longer than 5 years are rare. Our goal was to analyze the outcomes of patients undergoing epilepsy surgery at our center, with a minimum follow-up of 15 years.
